no bike ride for I am still the queen of the mucus. drip drip drip nasal drip
breakfast was utter crap but tasted good. I had two pieces of toast with some leftover artichoke dip in it. So very garlicky.

will have mt dew
dinner tonight is lentil barley soup and homemade bread. Perfect for the weather.
I have decided that february will be a hit it hard bike month. I want to ride for at least 45 minutes a day. I have a small trip to Az. in the middle bit but have already graced those days as i will be walking around all day while there so if I discover it doesn't make up for it then will add three days in March.

lunch is out with Colleen and Patrick in Wy. had tomato bisque and a tomato basil quiche plus about 6 starbursts to keep my coughing down
will probably have a soda while out had coke at lunch and mt dew
dinner tonight- not sure but what dinner was a slice of lemon pound cake and lemon ginger tea
hmm maybe I should have waited until more of the day had passed before I wrote today's log. I will come back later and fill in the blank bits. Kind of silly to write a food log when you don't know what you will be eating.

still a bit under the weather git dizzy when riding the bike so only did about 5 minutes

did we will call it day 1/100 starting fresh and new again
breakfast was 1/4 cup steel cut oats and a piece of toast
lunch is tortellini soup avec beaucoup garlic to help break up cold and water
will have second mt dew
dinner tonight is stirred egg with tomato and rice

so fitness goals for this month include things I am already doing but stepping it up.
First- more time on bike and walking dog. Remind myself how good i feel, because I do feel great after exercise.
Second- I might take advantage of this cold to cut out mt dew and sugar drinks at least for a couple weeks. I really want that goal of below 200 soon.
third- bring back my mini movement time at work. I find myself on my bum far too much
fourth continue with soup and salad lunches, good dinner and breakfasts. Reminding myself about portion control.
fifth- keep the fire still hot with hunny, that has top count as aerobic activities!
I would love to see the same progress for 2011. That would get me closer to my the ultimate goal between 140-160 and being able to by sexy panties off the rack.
Right and work on the abs challenge again starting tonight 100 in 100 days
I get a bit spotty but really need to find the time. I do 40 crunches, 40 lower back crunches and then 20 these side to side twisty things. Will tonight when I get home, can't use feeling like shite as a reason not to do it.

been a bit behind in posting but have been doing good food wise, exercise wise but not so much soda wise. grrrrrrrrr to me. I think I just have to cold turkey it- just no sugar in drinks for a week. And already I can hear myself making excuses why that is a bad idea.
It has been a holiday season filled with some changes. Timony got engaged and moved to LA. Colleen is mad at us because we threw an engagement party. It was really a hey come and met the guy party but it seemed rude to call it that. Le sigh maybe someday she will actually talk to us. You see we did not throw her a party. I am back to being evil step mother.

Started my week out right

breakfast was ramen- must not be weak and buy that shit.
no lunch to speak of, mt dew, 8 crackers and 4 slices of gouda cheese and a pack of peanut m&ms
dinner tonight is butternut squash and coconut rice. and since it is a new recipe if it sucks then a CLT.

new year's weekend
Was mostly behaved this weekend. More soda than I care to admit-although it seems I am but also moved more furniture and shoveled lots of snow.
It was a good weekend. I kept finding myself suddenly;y very hungry and tried to make sure I ate good things rather than just reach for the crap that is abundant.
Still have to figure out how to get rid of the second soda of the day.
