08/25/10

Up early
Kick ass tea and multivitamin plus an extra iron tab.
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter and some water
rode in today. Discovered why riding my bike has been so very hard lately. My back tire was way down in air. Like more than 3/4ths. I check it every week but must have missed that week. Which makes me mighty happy as I thought it was me!
had water when I got in
then had some smoked almonds and a mt dew
lunch was my leftovers from yesterday's lunch.
Having more H2O
dinner really, really is going to ratatouille tonight! It turned out wonderfully. I also made up a couple sweet potatoes and salad. And I really did not have seconds. Even though I wanted them.
I have 3 strawberry twizzlers for dessert
