Up early
weaving and water and a cup of tea
breakfast was a poached egg and english muffin water and multivitamin
it was hotter than I expected this morning when I rode into work. I was sooooo hot and sweaty.
drank my whole water bottle in less than a 1/2 and then refilled it.
Lunch was a piece of leftover margarita pizza, small salad with ranch dressing and some bbq chips. Need the sodium- right!
had mt dew
got home and ate some smoked almonds and am really feeling like I want more salt.
dinner tonight was spinach feta noodles and bread with roasted garlic and water
I will also be making tapioca but that is really just to use up my milk before milk day tomorrow. One thing about making it from scratch is that it is actually very high in protein. Takes four eggs and much milk.
It was very good and i heard myself saying to myself- go ahead and have more- good protein and you have been riding your bike and need the calories- HA! I heard it and now I can stop it!
