Up early
had water and water and then some more water. Apparently, I was thirsty this morning.
Breakfast was brown rice, tofu, lettuce wrap with peanut sauce
rode bike in (yeah! day four in a row- my ass complained a little bit but I got to work and did some stretches.)
had more water but not as much as usual
will have mt dew-soon as there is a caffeine headache lurking.
Lunch is a cheese sandwich and more water
Dinner was not as healthy as planned
ended up having an ice cream sandwich and 1/2
more than one handful of doritos and milk. Blech
