I love when it is time to cut a web off my loom. There is a deep satisfaction of looking at the cloth that came off and knowing you created it.

Up early
Kick ass tea to get me through weaving and folding laundry
breakfast was two piece of toast with peanut butter and multivitamin and water
rode bike into work
had water and mt dew
lunch was a couple handfuls of smoked almonds and a little bag of Cheetos
did have a second soda but it was a sprite so no extra caffeine
Dinner tonight is Penne ala vodka, green beans and salad. Might also cook up a quiche as I have the stuff and that will give leftovers for my leftover eaters.

was very good with soda all weekend. got out both days for loooong walks. it was much good. Pity I had a craving for lime corn chips and cheese goo. Both saturday and sunday they were a meal.

Looking into getting a gym membership at the beginning of Oct.

rode in today. Discovered why riding my bike has been so very hard lately. My back tire was way down in air. Like more than 3/4ths. I check it every week but must have missed that week. Which makes me mighty happy as I thought it was me!

drove into work today as the rain just made me sad. Must get a fender

really want another soda right now just for the feel in my mouth. But am trying to quell that desire.
I am a little stressed out as we have a friend who is staying with us kind of long term. She was in a bad relationship and needed to get out. Of course we will do what we can to help her but she is a bit needy. She is working on it but I am a little dismayed to find her asking me for permission to do stuff. She is much older than I and it just seemed full of odd to be telling her it is okay is she goes out with friends.
Dinner tonight will be the ratatouille I didn't make last night and milk. Okay, still didn't make it

Up early
weaving and water and a cup of tea
breakfast was a poached egg and english muffin water and multivitamin
it was hotter than I expected this morning when I rode into work. I was sooooo hot and sweaty.
drank my whole water bottle in less than a 1/2 and then refilled it.
Lunch was a piece of leftover margarita pizza, small salad with ranch dressing and some bbq chips. Need the sodium- right!
had mt dew
got home and ate some smoked almonds and am really feeling like I want more salt.
dinner tonight was spinach feta noodles and bread with roasted garlic and water
I will also be making tapioca but that is really just to use up my milk before milk day tomorrow. One thing about making it from scratch is that it is actually very high in protein. Takes four eggs and much milk.
It was very good and i heard myself saying to myself- go ahead and have more- good protein and you have been riding your bike and need the calories- HA! I heard it and now I can stop it!

that afternoon went clothes shopping with Avalon. Which was easy and productive.
Dinner was cheese and black bean quesadillas

not up as early as I wanted to be as my husband was home and has this strange habit of not waking me on time. He says he thinks if one of us can sleep we should. And yes I can sleep but I have things to do in the am. He left for a weekend motorcycle trip to Yellowstone.

I have a guest at the house. A friend who needed a place to stay and get her stuff together after a bad break up. Only problem is that she is an early riser too and very afraid of my dog. So not only do I lose my morning time but I also have to be very on top of where my dog is. She will be with us until mid sept. It will be interesting.

I did ride my bike in- it was harder than usual so I think I have to cut it back to four days a week just until my body catches up with my enthusiasm
lunch was a chip buddy. French fry sandwich- totally horrible but tasted good

waist 40 (-3 inches-interesting) SO I was wearing a pair of pants yesterday that had gotten so big that while I was wearing them Timony could stick her whole head into my pants. That was a surreal moment but even odder was the conversation that lead up to "I bet you could stick your head in my pants while I am wearing them".

ended up having 4 sodas on saturday! Yikes! Did get much accomplished and played a great game of D&D But YIKES! Sunday had a cup of coffee and no sodas. Helped a friend move into our spare bedroom till she can get on her feet.

Up early
had water and water and then some more water. Apparently, I was thirsty this morning.
Breakfast was brown rice, tofu, lettuce wrap with peanut sauce
rode bike in (yeah! day four in a row- my ass complained a little bit but I got to work and did some stretches.)
had more water but not as much as usual
will have mt dew-soon as there is a caffeine headache lurking.

Dinner was not as healthy as planned
ended up having an ice cream sandwich and 1/2
more than one handful of doritos and milk. Blech

possibly with brownies for dessert. We are having a friend over for dinner and I am trying to be sure he has enough to eat as he is unemployed right now. So he gets pork chops with apricot sauce to go with his meal. Jim gets it as well. That makes him very happy when I cook meat. So here is hoping that I can cook it decently. Never have cooked a pork chop in my life.

Mostly decent weekend
Had way too much soda on saturday and paid a couple of prices. One, felt all bloaty and two could not fall asleep.
