Slept way in this morning
Had brown rice tofu lettuce wrap and water
rode bike into work.
Having water now and will see about a mt dew later
lunch is leftover mocky-joes, potato chips and more water.
It has been so very humid here that we are not cooling off at night or during the day. It rained yesterday and I was expecting it to be so very cold at red rocks. It was not. So we all got wet from the rain and them we were muggy. :P
Dinner tonight is corn chowder and milk.
and some homemade cherry coconut ice cream.
