07/12/10

Up early
had a mt dew and water
got all the laundry put away, ate some cherries and rode my bike into work.
lunch was another mt dew and a cheese sandwich- I know it was supposed to be miso soup but wanted a few more calories for the ride
having water now
Dinner tonight is sauteed veggies, polenta and a white wine sauce.
