Up early
had brown rice and tofu lettuce wrap for breakfast and water
had mt dew at work
lunch is miso soup and more water
dinner tonight is cheese raviolis in a white wine sauce with zucchini.
( have a bunch of left over white wine from a party so am trying to use it in new and tasty ways)
went for a long walk and got back and ate a popsicle and then a bunch of cheetoes and water
