alarm went off and I got up. Had a mt dew straight away
damn
breakfast was brown rice & tofu lettuce wrap and much water
lunch is water and nachoes
had another mt dew
then had 1/2 of a coke
dinner tonight is a picnic at red rocks, cheese, crackers, fruit and water. YUM!
I am pretty sure that the walk to the top of red rocks burnt up any extra soda calories last night
And all the dancing
