09/30/13

up early, got laundry away.
breakfast was poached egg on english muffin an tea
am snack was an apple and mt dew
lunch was tortellini with pesto and water
no pm snack-whoops had second mt dew
did 50 squats and ab work
wove a bit on the towels
dinner tonight is piperande and rice and water
taking dog for walk.

Learned a few things in the fighting class that I am going to work on each day here at work with my practice sword.
the thought is similar to doing squats/abs everyday. 100 shots with each arm every day.  But being a bit puny I am taking a baby step and working on getting 50 done each day until after the next war war (Oct 7-15). then I will pump myself up and get to 100 eventually.
