Up again at 5. Rough start but had water and tea and got going. Did a 30-min gentle belly dance video.Interesting where I felt it- mostly my arms. Did 100 abs and 45 squats
breakfast was raman and milk with green beans- I panicked getting ready for work
had water at work no am snack as I knew I was going out to lunch-
Lunch plans scrubbed and had chinese tuesday of sesame tofu and rice with more water
had mt dew
no pm snack as still very full
dinner tonight is sweet potatoes, squash with sage and onion fritters and more water
either walking the dog tonight or hopping on bike. More water to come
