got my booty out of bed at 5
had water and caffeine tab and put away all the clothes
hopped on the bike for 24 minutes and 8 miles
did 100 abs and 45 squats
breakfast was water with brown rice, tofu peanut sauce lettuce wrap of goodness
am snack almonds and water
had mt dew
lunch was a shake and more water
pm snack was an apple
dinner tonight is carb heaven with a mashed potato pizza and a glass of milk
going to ride another 18 minutes tonight when I get home. It was raining again this morning or I would have actually ridden my bike into work.
did not ride bike at home but instead took my dog for an hour walk around the neighborhood. The weather was clear and warm with just enough crisp in the air that feels like fall
