had a fighting class all weekend. Worked hard, did not eat much but drank too much soda. I have picked up a few things that I am going to work for the rest of the year. Bruised, sore but good and inspired for more and to want to do more.

09/30/13
up early, got laundry away.
breakfast was poached egg on english muffin an tea
am snack was an apple and mt dew
lunch was tortellini with pesto and water
no pm snack-whoops had second mt dew
did 50 squats and ab work
wove a bit on the towels
dinner tonight is piperande and rice and water
taking dog for walk.
Learned a few things in the fighting class that I am going to work on each day here at work with my practice sword.
the thought is similar to doing squats/abs everyday. 100 shots with each arm every day. But being a bit puny I am taking a baby step and working on getting 50 done each day until after the next war war (Oct 7-15). then I will pump myself up and get to 100 eventually.

Up again at 5. Rough start but had water and tea and got going. Did a 30-min gentle belly dance video.Interesting where I felt it- mostly my arms. Did 100 abs and 45 squats
breakfast was raman and milk with green beans- I panicked getting ready for work
had water at work no am snack as I knew I was going out to lunch-
Lunch plans scrubbed and had chinese tuesday of sesame tofu and rice with more water
had mt dew
no pm snack as still very full
dinner tonight is sweet potatoes, squash with sage and onion fritters and more water
either walking the dog tonight or hopping on bike. More water to come

hopped on the bike for 24 minutes and 8 miles
did 100 abs and 45 squats
breakfast was water with brown rice, tofu peanut sauce lettuce wrap of goodness
am snack almonds and water
had mt dew
lunch was a shake and more water
pm snack was an apple
dinner tonight is carb heaven with a mashed potato pizza and a glass of milk
going to ride another 18 minutes tonight when I get home. It was raining again this morning or I would have actually ridden my bike into work.
did not ride bike at home but instead took my dog for an hour walk around the neighborhood. The weather was clear and warm with just enough crisp in the air that feels like fall

12 Days since the last time I have posted my food du jour
in that all we had a flood sweep through town. Southern half was evacuated but we were safe on a our hill top and took in a few friends who were asked to get out of their homes.
I spent a weekend running an event
prolly drank too much soda and had more ramen that I should but I will not deny that I have been having a bit of stress eating and drinking.
Working on getting my clock to reset and managed to get up everyday this week at 5:30. Next step will be to get exercise in that time restarted.
My schedule gets a bit quieter for a while. It will pick up again but right now I am reading a few books and enjoying the day.

wow where has the last two weeks gone? Ok I know where one week went. I guess I know where this week has gone too, trying to find and get back from last week. Still feel a bit like I am moving underwater and yet while out camping it was up and at'em everyday at 6:30 no matter what time I went to bed.
Going back on an anti soda kick for a while. I would say I am giving it up for good but it seems that is not something I can do so rather than making that sweeping statement, I am going to work on not drinking it again for awhile.
