not up too early as my body felt like I had been run over by a truck several times.
had a good breakafast of provolone cheese, tomato and lettuce sandwich and cup of tea
had mt dew
lunch was a bagel with cream cheese and tomato
dinner tonight is quiche and salad
i will be gone for over a week but much activity will happen and far fewer time for any chances to not eat well. What we bring with us is what we have. So if I don't bring it, I don't eat it. or drink it.
I will be fighting hard, playing harder and possibly having an alcoholic drink or two. The site we are at is very hilly so I will be walking up and down lots.
I do have a plan to see what i can do to keep up my activity levels when I get back next wednesday as activity is so good for me.
