up around 5:30 sewing and a glass of water
breakfast was last of the risotto and broccoli and a glass of milk
am snack was a yogurt and water
lunch was a quick trip to Lyons but I had some grapes in the fridge and pistachios
pm snack mt dew
light salad for dinner as I will be fighting tonight and it is cool enough that I plan to get in 5 different fights
