08/26/13

not up too early as my body felt like I had been run over by a truck several times.
had a good breakafast of provolone cheese, tomato and lettuce sandwich and cup of tea
had mt dew
lunch was a bagel with cream cheese and tomato
dinner tonight is quiche and salad

i will be gone for over a week but much activity will happen and far fewer time for any chances to not eat well. What we bring with us is what we have. So if I don't bring it, I don't eat it. or drink it.
  I will be fighting hard, playing harder and possibly having an alcoholic drink or two. The site we are at is very hilly so I will be walking up and down lots.

I do have a plan to see what i can do to keep up my activity levels when I get back next wednesday as activity is so good for me.

good weekend
much work much fun, moderate eating and soda consumption.
Did some packing and cleaning of my house to get ready for big camping event
Worked at the Union res on sat and the humane society on sunday. Played at water world and had a deep nights sleep

feel like blobby-mcbloberson today. Have been feeling it creep up on me for a bit now. I am hoping the week camping and fighting will jump start me again.
Sure know that today I could have used a few extra batteries.
breakfast was a piece of banana bread and tea
am snack was water and pistachios
had full lunch of tofu with garlic sauce and white rice and more water
pm snack mt dew
no dinner tonight
fighter practice and when I get home more sewing.   Seems that fixing my sewing machine was both good and bad. lol!

up at 5 laundry done with a big old glass of water
breakfast was a pastie and 1/2 glass of milk
no am snack but more water
lunch was leftover piperande and mashed potatoes and more water
pm snack mt dew
dinner tonight will be mac and cheese with corn, salad and green beans

08/17-18/13

mmmmmmm sleep in weekend of joy and mostly quiet stuff.
had way too much soda
but ate decently. I got to make crust for black bean pasties and I forgot how good it feels to roll out dough or knead it.
saturday had much activity in bursts between watching movies and hand sewing.

5:30 saw me out of bed and moving
water and tea and three pieces of toast with butter
no am snack
lunch was a spinach and tomato calzone with marinara sauce and a mt dew
no pm snack more water
dinner is left over piperande and mashed potatoes! yeah! And more milk I suspect
I have a party to attend tonight so will prolly have a nibble or two but will keep my consumption down

Early was not in my vocabulary this morning
had leftover lentils and pasta with homemade tomato sauce and water for brekkies
no am snack
lunch was a yogurt, an apple and water
pm snack was mt dew
dinner was piperande (peppers, tomatoes, onions stew) over mashed potatoes. Which turns out to be the best way to eat it! and milk and water

taking Avalon to the airport for a week with her Papa
breakfast was 2 mock sloppy joes and milk
no am snack
lunch was, was not.
 had an apple and some pistachios and water
I did have a mt dew today
dinner tonight will be the power bars energy chews and more water

Up at 5:00 and sewing like someone sewing fast
water and tea
lentils with pasta and homemade spicy tomato sauce and more water
am snack was an apple and more water
lunch was glass of milk and two mock sloppy joes with potato chips
dinner was ramen with green beans and milk
went to fighter practice but did not fight
came home and ate popcorn with a glass of lemonade while reading a book

Up by 5:30 seems way too early today.
Had breakfast of ramen with green beans and milk
am snack was an apple and water
lunch was yogurt and small salad with blue cheese dressing
pm snack was almonds
dinner tonight is beer cheese soup and bread with more water

08/10-11/13

Now I do remember what i did on the weekend
Saturday was an all day archery event up in the mountains and i did drink both soda and water. We had popcorn for dinner
Sunday was house cleaning and 3 hour melee fighter practice. Had a light lunch of a cheese sandwich and 1/2 glass of milk. Dinner was a black bean burrito and later I had a rootbeer float.

08/08-09/13

Hmmm, somewhere I missed these two days. I suspect they were not much out of my ordinary week days.
had water, ate food stuff and various activities.

But I guess I was not in a place to write down exactly what and where.

breakfast was last of the risotto and broccoli and a glass of milk
am snack was a yogurt and water
lunch was a quick trip to Lyons but I had some grapes in the fridge and pistachios
pm snack mt dew
light salad for dinner as I will be fighting tonight and it is cool enough that I plan to get in 5 different fights

rode bike into work
had no am snack
did have mt dew
lunch was tofu in garlic sauce and rice and more water
no afternoon snack
will have a shake for dinner. Keeping it light for the evening.

08/03-04/13

Up early on saturday to get my hair the right kind of curly for an event. But the humidity level was pretty high all day and by 10:00 my hard workin' greek curls went awry. Of course the water balloon fight around high noon didn't help either. Nor when a dear friend decided to dump the bucket of water from popped balloons over my head. Actually it felt pretty good and I didn't mind too much as I had spare outfit that I had planned on changing into later in the day. And the site had a dryer.
breakfast had been ramen and milk
I did have a mt dew but I only brought one with me and that went fast
Lunch on saturday was a pita with hummus, tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and lettuce and water lots and lots of water
dinner was spanokopita, roasted squash, more tzatziki sauce and then some baklava and much more water.

Sunday was quietier
tried to sleep in but no good. Up and read a book, did house cleaning and tried to get some sewing done. Avalon was home so we hung out in her room and talked
no lunch but dinner was steamed broccoli and risotto. Made a rootbeer float for dessert
Talk Xena out for a 3 mile walk. 

08/05/13

Did not get up early but still got all done I needed too and rode my bike into work
Had water and tea and risotto and broccoli for breakfast
am snack was 2 hamster pellets and water
lunch was big green salad with blue cheese dressing on the side and more water
really really want mt dew but staying away from it
pm snack grapes
dinner tonight is grilled cheese with tomato soup. More soup than sandwich for me

Morning came far too early and I did not rise up with the sun
had water
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanubutter
had mt dew
am snack was an apple
lunch was a shake and more water took a quick 15 minute walk
no pm snack
made baked tortellini for dinner with salad on the side and more water
