02/20/13

did not rise and shine this am. I did get up and got some things done but not so shiny.
Had water for breakfast and ramen with a glass of milk still relying on ramen as comfort food. Solution, don't let myself buy it. It really works that if I don't have it in the house, I can not eat it.
lunch was almonds, my apple was rotten in the middle-ewwwwwww
had more water and shake
have a killer head ache. Took some advil and a cup of tea
dinner tonight is cheese and black bean nachos. with more water
there is a chance if my head ache doesn't clear that I will have a mt dew

02/18/13

Getting home late last night meant there was not much to eat for breakfast. I had 2 pieces of toast
Did get up and cleaned out car and got most things put away.
also did not get lunch packed so I had an apple, almonds and a bag of bugles for lunch  with more water and a mt dew
dinner tonight could be tricky but if all goes as planned potato gnocchi with blue cheese sauce and green beans and milk.

02/16-17/13

Busy weekend
saturday was not much food wise during the day. I did have a soda and lots of quince water
Dinner was two pieces of spinach cheese pie
Spent most of the day running around and a bunch of nervous energy that night. I did have two glasses of wine
Sunday breakfast was a mini bagel with cream cheese and a vitamin water. Had a breakfast burrito smothered in vege green chili- yum! Dinner was a cheese sub from subway and big cup of coke. It was also a three hour drive back home and I was dead tired. Well i wasn't really as I had just had a big cup of coke!

Utterly unabashed sleeping in with no bike ride
had 3 mt dews today
2 pieces of toast for brekkies with 1 of the sodas
Lunch was spaghetti pie at Old Chicago with 2 sodas
dinner tonight is steamed asparagus, sweet potatoes and salad with a glass of wine (Jim gets Crab cakes with the rest of the stuff)
Dessert is on me tonight.

Killer headache from another planet came to visit last night and is still buzzing in my head.
Needless to say I did not get up early and in fact almost fell back to sleep after my shower.
breakfast was oatmeal a piece of toast and 8 oz juice.
had mt dew, advil and lots of water to try and clear my head. thus far nothing is working. Seems like sleep would be a good thing
Not sure what i am having for lunch as I left my salad on the counter.
Apple and almonds for snacks with water.
dinner tonight will be left over black eye peas and rice.

up early!  Yeah! 8.5 miles on bike
abs work done! and got some weaving in! Good morning
Started with water and caffeine tabs
breakfast was oatmeal with butter, a piece of toast and 8 oz juice.
lunch is  hot and sour soup with wonton noodles and water
dinner tonight is crepes with swiss cheese and more water
Good day.
Also did 4 of my jumping rope sessions and worked on my warping board. I will not be fighting tonight as my hunny says that he would like me unbruised for the big weekend.

woke up with a head ache this morning. Not fun
had water and caffeine tab in hopes of chasing it away yet still it lingers.
breakfast was ramen and milk. That really needs to stop, too easy and convenient
lunch was a bowl of left over black eyed peas and brown rice
dinner is a salad
lots of water today

02/9-10/13

Not as good of a weekend as I had hoped but nothing horrid either.
Played too much computer but drank lots of water
Saturday night dinner was bread cheese and apples and pears slices
Sunday night was black eyed peas and brown rice with green beans and corn. And cheese

Gravity was working this morning. I could not leave my bed.
Eventually,  did get up.
Breakfast was left over tofu with garlic sauce and white rice and water
had mt dew
lunch was an apple and water
dinner is cucumber sandwiches and mint tea and a few other tasty snacks

Woke up far earlier and clearer than I expected
So hopped on the bike and did 8.5 miles
did my abs
had water
breakfast was not at all healthy, corn chips with cheese melted and salsa
had more water
had mt dew
lunch was shake with water and apple and almonds for snack
dinner tonight is cheese quiche with green beans and salad. Prolly a glass of milk too

not such an early morning for me. I ended up having a soda late last night and found it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin and tea
lunch was hot and sour soup with water and some fried wontons
dinner tonight is difficult to say. Fighter practice
no jump rope today as my knee kept popping. but when I wear armor it does not seem to bother it. weird

02/02-03/13

have plans to walk my dog both saturday and sunday.
 I hope to make saturday a quiet low cal day as I will be spending much of it on the couch sewing button holes and hems.
Also in the plans is to finish warping up my living room loom and so I can weave next week again.
No fighting this weekend but I am going to be stretching and doing little interval training things to balance the couch time.

lol the best laid plans.  I did get my walks in with Xena at least. Drank way too much soda and ate too much good food and junk food.

Up early but not for work out, had to prep things for event tonight.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with swiss cheese and fried potatoes. Cup of juice
lunch is a salad with apple and almonds for snacks and more water
dinner tonight is various oriental dishes and more water

01/31/13

Up and tea to drink.
Breakfast was oatmeal with brown sugar and more tea
had no lunch as I had a dr. appointment. Sigh, the scale told me the price of my not getting up in the morning as it had me out at 215 lbs.
Did three minutes of jump rope spread through out the day
Dinner was water with spinach feta noodles. Might have eaten too much as I was so very hungry from not having lunch.
