Did not get up so early this morning. But I did get some stuff done around the house. Breakfast was milk and leftover risotto. Had a mt dew at work
lunch and snacks are almonds, apple, water, and shake
dinner tonight is a Cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a glass of juice.
Will be doing some house cleaning tonight.
Got some weaving done at work.

yesterday was the Bolder Boulder. I did better than I thought I would and managed to average 16 minute miles walking to fish the 10k race at 1 hour and 36 minutes. WOOT! I managed to spend the rest of the day wanting to drink but not really wanting to eat. I did eventually have a little bit of ice cream and some leftover risotto.
Today I was up early and a little bit sore in places. I have a few blisters but not too bad. In fact I made the choice for riding my bike into work today.
Had a mt dew when I woke up and did some sewing
breakfast was ramen and milk
lunch and snacks have been almonds, apple, croissant, and three orange lifesavers, water
dinner tonight will be more water, shake before fighter practice. I won't fight for long but will get some done as we are doing melee practice. I did manage about an hour of melee work.

had caffeine tab
Have to get things ready for Avalon's breakfast to celebrate her high school graduation tomorrow. Bit of cleaning and cooking.

I seem to have lost my motivation somewhere.
I have not been blogging my food or exercising as of late.
I have been back to constant 2 sodas a day and sometimes three.
SO I am going to make June my get my shit together month.
Goals- write blog daily, it really does make a difference.
Going to make June a no sugar month, as in no sodas if possible, no sweets or adding sugar to my tea.
Also get back to exercising daily either walks or bike riding, fighting and fighter practice are extra bonus and will be done on top of regular stuff.
Going to do the 50 days of ab work. I can feel it in my back now that I haven't done it in a while. Also seem to feel it in my pants. I am not so keen on that part.

I have no idea what is going on with me and my blog. I am sure that using this is still a good tool. I just don't seem to be as dedicated
current weight 209 bought a size 16 pair of pants the other day and they fit nicely. No pinching or cameltoe. Is that a sign of the changing sizes of clothes?
I have been very tired the last couple weeks between not sleeping good at night due to my man's broken wrist and then weaving like mad every day. I have been trying not to binge eat and get lots of exercise. I am training for the Bolder Boulder and have been fighting in the park every week.
But somehow writing it down has become onerous.

Somehow skipped this day
up and weaving at 5
had two egg whites scrambled for breakfast with a glass of pineapple juice
rode bike into work
had apple and a cheese sandwich for lunch with water. the delivery place made a mistake and did not put any mayo or mustard on my sandwich but it was ok. the bread was moist enough and woot who knew it would eb good?
rode bike home i record time so I could get my man, who was working overtime a hamburger from McDonalds. then down to denver for fighter practice
Had a couple glasses of water and a glass of lemonade after practice. Also had 3-cheese nachos with black beans

rode my bike into work

lunch and snacks are string cheese, almonds and water

dinner tonight is arinci de riso (rice balls) with sauteed veggies in a white wine sauce and water

2 glasses of freckled lemonade and 4 french fries at red robin.
This month I have to be active everyday- and by active I mean something beyond my regular stuff. the Bolder Boulder is just 30 days away and I am not interested in dying.
