as a consequence of my lack of sleep last night I slept in this morning
breakfast was tea and two pieces of peanut butter toast
had mt dew
lunch was almonds and an apple and water
WANT MORE DEW but will not give in to myself
dinner tonight is mexican polenta casserole with black beans and full of yum
Will be taking a walk this afternoon
then very late tonight or I should say early tomorrow morning going to a jammie and big hat party for watching of the royal wedding. No, I won't be posting any pictures.

Up as usual weaving and mt dew and water were mine this morning
rode the bike for 1/2 hour
10 flights of stairs and 100 abs
good god my ass is sore!
Breakfast was a swiss cheese sandwich and 1/2 glass of milk plus 5 cinnamon bears for dessert.
having water
lunch is soup and bread and probably mt dew. Having lunch with Ron Gile
Dinner tonight is black bean burritoes (ended up having sandwich and a bag full of reeses pieces)
could not sleep and thought for some stupid reason that doritoes and milk would help. Not so much but the hot bath did.

did not do my ab work but will tonight when I get home
did 10 flight of stairs
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanutbutter
had mt dew
lunch was my fav salad and 20 almonds
they brought in carrot cake for my b-day. Not such a problem as I don't like carrot cake! Had a small piece and did not eat the frosting

dinner tonight is a slim fast nasty shake and more water (ended up having a cheese sandwich instead with a 1/2 glass of milk)
I am hoping to get at least another 1/2 hour on the bike tonight along with my abs. I will let you know how that turns out. (I did get my extra bike ride in, yeah me!)

5:00 up and moving
put away my clothes and had water and mt dew
rode bike for 45 minutes
climbed the stairs 10 flights in a row
had water and an egg and potato burrito for breakfast
had 20 almonds and water for mid morning snack
lunch is cherry yogurt and mt dew
will have a piece of carrot cake in the afternoon as part of birthday here at work.
dinner tonight is penne ala vodka, salad and cottage cheese
put away my clothes and had water and mt dew

I should not be surprised but often am when I exercise after a while of not doing so, of how good I feel. Now am wondering if the blechy feelings I have been experiencing have been due to NOT exercising. Such a wicked little feedback loop.
But I did 1/2 hour on the bike 10 miles
10 flights of stairs
and 100 ab stuff
breakfast was1/2 cup of steel cut oats with a bit of milk and brown sugar
water and mt dew
lunch is yogurt, 1 cup popcorn and an apple with more water and probably another mt dew.
will walk another 10 flights of stairs this afternoon after work
dinner tonight is my favorite kind of salad, with blue cheese and craisins. and more water.
Discovery about myself. I really like goals. I have a vested interest in exercising every day besides just my health. Which agreed should be the first reason but hey, I don't mind the extra motivation.
Which is in June there will be a bunch of new photos of me and I would rather have a couple of them at least look good to my eyes.

Up at my regular time this morning
breakfast was a can of slim fast and two fiber pills
had 20 almonds and an orange and mtdew
lunch was a can of slim fast and two fiber pills
going to say right now that slim fast is the nastiest stuff but bought two cases and will see this through had second mt dew
dinner tonight is steamed veggies and brown rice with peanut sauce
drank water all day
since I missed the weigh in on friday here it is:
214 only +2
bust 43" +1
waist41" +2
hips 46" +1
thigh 24 +1
calf 17" same
bicep 13" +1/2"
Interesting- I have dropped off my every day bike riding and lo and behold the measurements tell me that I need to hop back on my saddle. I was hoping to start biking to work this week. No snow recently.

hmm missed a bunch of days
maybe I am feeling guilty and sulking still about being podgy. Yeah I know the work outs would help. I did get a couple walks and bike rides in this weekend and I did keep soda consumption down to one or two a day.
With all the crazy coming up this summer and knowing I will be in a picture or two, I will be getting a little more drastic in calorie control and exercising. Two hours a day they tell is what I need to achieve to make some difference in my body. Where the heck do I get that extra hour a day? Apparently, my current amount of exercise is only good for maintenance. So upping my game and finding ways to sneak another hours worth of exercise into my world.
I will let you know how that goes.
