12/28/10

Up early with kick ass tea and weaving
rode bike for 24 minutes and 8.5 miles day 2 of 100 abs
breakfast was not so good ramen and milk
had water and cranberry juice
lunch was hot and sour soup and 1/3 tofu with garlic sauce and white rice
dinner was a cheese sandwich from schlotzskies and bbq chips
more water
