up early with mt dew and water
got some weaving done
rode bike for 24 minutes 8.5 miles started the 100 abs exercises for 100 days.
I guess that makes this day 1- oh man there are a few muscles protesting!
breakfast was a piece of leftover basil and artichoke pizza and water
lunch is a cheese sandwich with another mt dew.
diner tonight is potato leek soup and bread
