rode bike 24 minutes 8.5 miles and day 3 of 100 many more muscles protesting today
breakfast was two pieces of toast and some gouda cheese and water
having more water here at work
lunch is left over tofu and rice
will have a second mt dew- still have to figure out how to cut back all the way

breakfast was not so good ramen and milk
had water and cranberry juice
lunch was hot and sour soup and 1/3 tofu with garlic sauce and white rice

got some weaving done
rode bike for 24 minutes 8.5 miles started the 100 abs exercises for 100 days.
I guess that makes this day 1- oh man there are a few muscles protesting!

lunch is a cheese sandwich with another mt dew.

Just pitching the last week in the bin as far as restraint goes. Far too many good and tasty things to eat. Far too much chaos and time crunching leading to too many sodas.

Hmm, not sure where my blogging went. Could be that the holiday treats are showing up and I am not being very good? I have been riding the bike everyday for at least 13 miles.
not enough time to do all that I want it seems and i am so far behind. I think the vacation right before the holidays had an unexpected effect. Of course it did get us a bunch of prezzies taken care of.

Got up early on both days, did some weaving and rode my bike both days. Ate mostly good and kept my soda intake down.
Had a chance to really get back into my home this weekend. All the laundry is done and put away.
Gifts are sorted and ready to be mailed.
Will get the holiday stuff up this week and getting ready for all that hoopla.
Made a turkey dinner for my hunny and a bunch of friends as our thanksgiving dinner in Paris was Fondue- which was lovely and I would not mind that becoming a tradition.

schedule a bit wonky still due to jet lag but have managed to ride the bike for 40-45 minutes each morning and even get a walk in with Xena. eating small portions and doing good on my soda intake maybe this new year will see me get down to one every other day.

Walked my ass off in Paris and ate so very well.
I really did lose a bit of my tuckus. At one point near the end of the trip we were walking and suddenly things felt weird. My skirt had slipped off and fortunately I had a long coat on to cover my rear end. But that was how much walk we did.
