early up and off running. not really but definitely off.
Cup of tea and loom was for me.
Breakfast was poached egg and english muffin
rode bike to work
had mt dew and water
lunch was leftover chinese food from yesterday
had more water
fought and won the urge for another soda- woot
dinner was lentil barley soup and a piece of bread- I did have a handful of dortios while cooking as I discovered I WAS SOOOO HUNGRY.
