breakfast was ramen and a glass of milk and a multi vitamin
rode bike into work
had water and mt dew
having more water and lunch was left over tofu with garlic sauce
now we see if anything has shifted in my reality.

Difference this month being in weight and hips. I think next month should be very interesting as all the added walking. Which is going from occasionally to everyday. No cramping for me! I suspect that is why I see the difference in my hips and you know as long as the numbers keep going down, I am happy. Would like to see my calves go down as boot season is here and there are so many tasty new boots out there. But then again I have a few decent pair that I can wear so, I guess never mind this last bit.
