09/30/10

early up- did dishes made muffins, cleaned out a closet and got weaving done.
Had cup of kick ass tea and water
rode bike into work
had water and mt dew
gave in and had a chip buddy- damn it was very very good.
dinner tonight is greek potatoes, salad and green beans

09/29/10

early up and off running. not really but definitely off.
Cup of tea and loom was for me.
Breakfast was poached egg and english muffin
rode bike to work
had mt dew and water
lunch was leftover chinese food from yesterday
had more water
fought and won the urge for another soda- woot
dinner was lentil barley soup and a piece of bread- I did have a handful of dortios while cooking as I discovered I WAS SOOOO HUNGRY.

up and weaving with a cup of tea
am feeling a little under the weather so not moving at my normal hyper speed.
brekkies was two pieces of toast with peanubutter
drove into work as I am teaching weaving at an elementary school right after work. That should be fun.
having my dew and water right now
lunch is hot and sour soup and tofu with garlic sauce
no dinner to speak of tonight
and no walk
getting to bed as early as I can to push off feeling puny.

Up and grooving this morning. We bought some breath right strips and Zowie do I feel great! All that oxygen coursing to my brain and all.
Had water and mt dew
breakkies was a poached egg on english muffin with cheese
rode bike into work
had water ad mt dew
lunch was crap with an extra handful of crap- seriously, I had a handful of fritos, a handful pf potato chips and a helping of chocolate bread pudding. Would have been better if I had gotten the grilled cheese and fries and had a chip buddy.
Dinner tonight is spaghetti squash with sun dried tomato sauce.
Will take xena for walk after dinner

09/25-26/10

Got up early and Avalon and I went for our hike on Rabbit mountain.
I had a cup of tea and two pieces of toast for brekkies.
The hike was a great gauge for us. It was 4 miles and took us about 2 hours. We discovered that the two piece of toast was not enough fuel as by the end we were goofy and I was a bit stumbly.
In the car we had string cheese, grapes and wasabi almonds.
I did end up having far more soda as we then went to play D&D and stayed up until 2:00am. Oh man does that knock my system out the next day.
Was up around 8 on sunday and did all the things I normally do. Was good about soda and food and did get an hour walk in after dinner. I made raspberry coulies with yogurt honey mousse. Very tasty- and could not eat the whole thing- plus it looked very pretty.

guess what- I got up at 5:00. That is so odd for me- okay maybe not so much
Got loom one warped and ready to be woven on.
Had mtdew and water
breakfast was two pieces of peanutbutter toast
drove into work
lunch is inslata caprese (sliced tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese) Baked beans and probably some chips
will have more water and another mt dew
dinner tonight is pizza with some friends. I am hoping that it is actually kind of an early night so I can get some time with my hunny and I am going out for a hike saturday morning. A real hike with Avalon to Rabbit mountain.
Turns out, they felt like cooking so did not have pizza but a lovely chickpea curry and a baked fettuccine. YUM!

Got out for walks on both days
ate mostly good. Had huge craving for chip buddy all weekend. Still do and I hope that it passes soon.
Was good with soda intake. I did splurge and had a couple ICB rootbeers over the weekend.
Made an incredible blue cheese sauce for pasta saturday night- oh my it was good. Sunday was sukiyaki.

Difference this month being in weight and hips. I think next month should be very interesting as all the added walking. Which is going from occasionally to everyday. No cramping for me! I suspect that is why I see the difference in my hips and you know as long as the numbers keep going down, I am happy. Would like to see my calves go down as boot season is here and there are so many tasty new boots out there. But then again I have a few decent pair that I can wear so, I guess never mind this last bit.

Will take Xena for a walk. The walk seems to be adding just that extra thing I need. Plus I would hate to get a butt cramp while in Paris- I don't want to miss out on ANYTHING!

Up early
head stuffed up from the new fire's smoke cloud.

Went to a meeting in Boulder so drove the car

lunch was some almonds, grapes and a goldfish crackers
dinner was a serving of cauliflower curry and rice and more water
went for a walk with Xena
drank even more water
Woke up around midnight with all my joints just aching. Drank water and took a couple Aleve and then went back to bed

08/11-12/10

Mostly good over the weekend. Kept my soda intake down to one a day on saturday and none on sunday.
tried to work hard on portion control and got out and walked every day.
Felt good about it all.

lunch is yet to be determined might just skip it all together as brekkies is sticking with me.
Will take my dog for a walk when I get home before gaming tonight, because she likes it and I do too.
Dinner is pizza and probably another soda as it is D&D night! Woot! We are playing a whole group of Paladins.

up not so early. My snooze button was found far too easy.
Did eventually roll myself out of bed.
Made a cup of tea and got some weaving done and some housework.

09/04-05-06/10

Up kind of early on saturday
breakfast was peanutbutter toast and water
took Xena for a walk- much shorter than the night before as I was a little stiff.
Spent much of the day cooking for birthday party bbq later on.
dinner was grilled zucchini, asparagus and salad. The was cake afterward lemon pound cake
had mt dew early in the am and then a coke later on as we went to a club to dance. The club played lovely 80's new wave music. Oh my how my thighs ached. But we danced like crazy. got home around 1:00am. I think the last time we went dancing was way too long ago
Sunday was a bit dragging ass but since we had to clean, it had to be done. Made scrambled eggs for breakfast. Cleaning was actually good as it limbered me up from being stiff from dancing. Sweated like crazy in the garage as I fixed a stained glass window for Colleen. Brought grapes, red pepper and snow peas to the D&D game so nibbled on those and had some mixed nuts for dinner. I did have a second soda as we stayed up late and played.
Monday, I got up early and worked on weaving. I had Timony go buy us some bagels. Yum, they were very good. I had two! kind of skipped lunch as the bagels were eaten late in the day. I did drink just tons of water and only one soda. Went for a lovely long walk with Xena. We watched the smoke plume traveling east on the hot dry winds.
Dinner was spaghetti and green beans and cottage cheese. I did end up having a second serving of pasta and cottage cheese.

09/03/10

Up early but drove into work.
I wasn't much hungry all day. I know I ate. I know I had mt dew and drank water
I went for a hugely long walk with Xena in the evening. We walked up through the part of Foxhill that Patty, Kay , Andy and JJ all lived in. I haven't been in that part since I have moved back. No real reason I guess. But it was a good walk. The trees have grown up so much that I wasn't thrown back in time or anything.

Up early weaving away. Actually was warping away which is funnier to say.
Had kick ass tea but it did not help with my dragging ass. Then when I sneezed, I discovered why I was dragging ass. The red coats began their march with my sneeze. Oh joy, yippee
breakfast was ramen and milk yep and I am unapologetic about that. Had multi and iron tab this morning.
Rode into work today and jeez, I needed my gloves. First night of September and they have turned off the heat.
Had mt dew and water
having more water and some smoked almonds
lunch is a small cheese sandwich
more water
Dinner tonight. no idea
am a little under enthused as we are having to close down Pinetree. At least for a week. I suspect most of us will show up here even though we know we won't get paid. If we don't pull together it will go away. That would be very sad.
Rips me apart to see my father sad.

On the brighter side I learn a new french saying for today: "J'ai des crampes" 2 guesses what that might mean! :)
