Working on all kinds of good things
Brown rice ready for breakfast
miso soup or salads on mondays and fridays
this morning I had frosted flakes- yep going good until I hit that bump.
I did ride my bike today and will try to get it up to three days a week. Hate spending so much on gas.
Soda- down to one
tonights dinner is pasta with basil and olive oil.
