05/27-28-29-30-31/10

Did good during the week kept soda intake down and a couple days I jut shad one cup of tea.
Then the three day weekend happened with b-b-q's on saturday and sunday and monday and so much nibbles and not so good for me foods. I did try to bulk up on green salads rather than the other stuff but could have been better.
