up early and sewing a bunch of simple tunics for a friend.
In the middle of sewing I broke down and just cried for about a 1/2 hour. I have no idea what the f**k that was about. Even after I finished sobbing, I had no idea why it started. I had turned the sprinkler on in the backyard. As I ruminate over it now, maybe it just was overwhelmed by everything going on, sprinkler system is broken, our fence is falling down, the AC broke last night.
Breakfast was crap. I had ramen and milk
Lunch was chinese tuesday. It really is the only day I buy my lunch anymore and I think I need to stop as I end up all flushed from the MSG. Had water and a mt dew
I have decided that to counter my sadness earlier I need to remember what I am thankful for: My friends, my family, my house, my dogs, enough to eat, enough to pay the bills, good health, laughter at both myself and with others, being strong enough to ride my bike to work, living in a place that I can ride my bike, health children, a husband who loves me so very much, clean sheets, indoor plumbing, able to take a deep breathe, keen fashion sense, sci fi movies and books, a sense of wonder that is still intact and love. above all things love.
Dinner tonight is mac and cheese, corn and black beans with salsa. But might just be a popcicle instead

Up early
had breakfast burrito and water for breakfast. Must remember that on days I ride into work on my bicycle to eat earlier.
Had much water at work
did have a mt dew
Lunch was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
had a couple glasses of watered down lemonade
dinner was black beans, brown rice and yellow cheese cooked in a biscuit. We call them UFO's.

Worked hard both days. Cutting down the wild growth in my yard.
Ate fairly well and even managed to not have a soda on saturday.
Sunday was cleaning at work and then to the hot garage to solder some glass pieces.

Working on all kinds of good things
Brown rice ready for breakfast
miso soup or salads on mondays and fridays
this morning I had frosted flakes- yep going good until I hit that bump.
I did ride my bike today and will try to get it up to three days a week. Hate spending so much on gas.
Soda- down to one

still struggling with eating good stuff. I did get my soda back down to one. It was supposed to be none by now. I will be gentle with myself and let it have just a bit more time.
Up early last couple days and got some house cleaning done as well as some sewing.

have been reluctant to write as I have been bad bad bad
eating ice cream with hot fudge sauce almost every night
my soda intake went back up to two this week.
feeling stressed here at work. We have had very little work this month come through the doors
and the scales and tape measure tell the horrid truth
at 12:53 pm
Weight: 332 up 3 pounds from last month
bust is 45 1/2 (same)
waist is 43 (same)
hips are 49 1/2 (+ 1/2)
thigh 26 1/2 (+1/2 )
bicep 14 (same)
calf 18 (+1/2)
Phooey.
But since january- Weight change -5 pounds
bust -2 1/2 inches
waist- 2 inches
hips -1 1/2 inches
thigh - 1/2 inch
bicep - 1 inch
calf- the same mighty powerful weaving legs need to get walking and biking and moving.

Up early
had my kick ass tea
then had crappy ramen and milk. It just is so tempting and tasty and quick and I am making brown rice tonight
no lunch but did have mt dew.
Dinner tonight was supposed to be spinach feta noodles and salad. But instead I ate a bunch of chips and had a glass of milk and then a bowl of ice cream

Mostly good this weekend.
Helped that I was out and about doing things.
Kept down to 1 soda and on sunday did not even have that.
But it was hot and humid here and so I guess means I had to have ice cream.

up early and got some weaving done.
Discovered why I was feeling blechy and still want chocolate. yep that time. I think my body is trying so hard to let me know that I "could" have another child, really. every month. I keep telling it to get over it.
Breakfast was rice and tofu and lettuce wrap
had a glass of milk
lunch has been a string cheese and mt dew. Will also be drinking cranberry juice and water this afternoon.
Dinner tonight is pad thai- I didn't actually make it the other night.
Then I have an ice cream date with a couple of school chums- sort of Karen Bunker and Jeff Opatril.

Did good during the week kept soda intake down and a couple days I jut shad one cup of tea.
Then the three day weekend happened with b-b-q's on saturday and sunday and monday and so much nibbles and not so good for me foods. I did try to bulk up on green salads rather than the other stuff but could have been better.
