Up early
Breakfast was two eggs over easy- again only ate about 1 and 1/2. Mt dew
I know for early morning breakfast not so clever of me
Had a cup of vanilla spice tea and they list high energy on the label. they are so very right!
Lunch will be two pieces of pizza and water
Dinner tonight is a new recipe. Chicken (Quorn) and pasta in a lemon pepper cream sauce and steamed broccoli. Most likely a glass of milk too.
Much running around to do today as I am hoping to get at least 5 5 minute sessions in and then some activity at home.
