slept in this morning. I had some upset tummy stuff last night. I did end up having a Quorn sandwich for dinner with lettuce and pickle.
Had a piece of toast and a glass of milk last night around midnight to help make tummy feel better.
Breakfast was a glass of water and a piece of butter toast
having mt dew right now and will be going to help a friend move in a little bit.
I have started taking a fiber supplement before meals. It does make me feel full and so that will aid portion control and the extra fiber will help to cleanse me internally. I am not keen on those colon cleanse products. they usually make me feel pretty damn awful the two time I have tried them. I think being a vegetarian, helps keep the crap fro building up as it were.
Lunch will probably be pizza as we are helping some one move. Had three pieces and a cup of sprite. sigh
Dinner was doritoes and a glass of milk double crap
