Jan 26

Had tea early with weaving
had mt dew at work
lunch was hot & sour soup and tofu in garlic sauce and water
dinner is for tonight- leftovers

Jan 23-24

Had an event on saturday that I was running. SO I was up early and had everything packed in the van and ready to go. I pull out of the drive way to discover, I had a flat tire. My kind neighbor down the street came over to help. Fixed the flat and then my battery was dead. Jump started the car and off I went. Did a good job of eating small portions and had only one soda through out the day. I was exhausted when I got home. The girls bought some chinese take away and I found myself eating it.
Sunday was round the house stuff. Tried a new recipe of cinnamon popcorn- it was not very good and yet I ate far more than I should have of it.

slept hard and woke up late and discombobulated.
Started with a cup of morning thunder but ran too late to finish
my sister brought in breakfast burritos with eggs, potato and vege green chili
lunch was my favorite salad and water and a handful of smoked almonds.
had two mt dews again today- grumbling with self
Dinner will be on the fly as i have a bunch of things to prep for an event tomorrow

Up early
Breakfast was two eggs over easy- again only ate about 1 and 1/2. Mt dew
I know for early morning breakfast not so clever of me
Had a cup of vanilla spice tea and they list high energy on the label. they are so very right!
Lunch will be two pieces of pizza and water
Dinner tonight is a new recipe. Chicken (Quorn) and pasta in a lemon pepper cream sauce and steamed broccoli. Most likely a glass of milk too.
Much running around to do today as I am hoping to get at least 5 5 minute sessions in and then some activity at home.

lunch will be a cheese sandwich from schlotskys and a bag of potato chips

Up early but went back to bed. I could not get warm
Breakfast was ginger peach tea and two eggs over easy with a piece of toast. More like 1 and 1/2 eggs as I gave the last 1/2 to the dogs in their dish. They were very happy.
Had mt dew at work
Lunch was a salad and big thing of water and two peppermints
Damn rootbeer came to visit me.
had a hard boiled egg
Dinner tonight is a zucchini feta casserole made with Bulgar. Yum and a glass of milk
Working on my 5 minute work outs here at the desk. got three done.

Jan 17

had a piece of toast and cup of peach ginger tea for breakfast
went grocery shopping and kept ot the list but I have many savory recipes dancing about in my mind.
had a dr. pepper
Lunch was an egg salad sandwich
the the afternoon happened. I dithered and that is bad because when I dither, I eat on kind of a permanent graze setting. I munched on popcorn and smoked almonds and a cup of peach tea. Not the same one I had from breakfast. Watched a lot of tv and just really frittered my afternoon away.
Then I made dinner. I was calling it Mockzagna. I sauteed some onions and garlic in olive oil and then added red wine to them. I then added some Quorn crumbles and tomato sauce. Cooked up some noodles, mixed them all together with mozzarella cheese and baked for a little bit. Had a helping and 1/2 with a glass of milk.

slept in this morning. I had some upset tummy stuff last night. I did end up having a Quorn sandwich for dinner with lettuce and pickle.
Had a piece of toast and a glass of milk last night around midnight to help make tummy feel better.
Breakfast was a glass of water and a piece of butter toast
having mt dew right now and will be going to help a friend move in a little bit.
I have started taking a fiber supplement before meals. It does make me feel full and so that will aid portion control and the extra fiber will help to cleanse me internally. I am not keen on those colon cleanse products. they usually make me feel pretty damn awful the two time I have tried them. I think being a vegetarian, helps keep the crap fro building up as it were.
Lunch will probably be pizza as we are helping some one move. Had three pieces and a cup of sprite. sigh
Dinner was doritoes and a glass of milk double crap

no breakfast because I was learning to scan and crop and put photos online. SUCCESS!

dinner tonight was a Quorn pattie sandwich with letuuce and pickles and mayo on white bread with a glass of milk.
I am going to start adding photos and weight to this blog. Once a month on the 15th.

not so early up
Had no breakfast
I was poking around in my cedar chest looking for pictures and was amused that my hair style has not really ever changed. Except when I was a blonde for a couple years. These days I am growing my bangs out a little. That is creating all kinds of crazy hair photo opts!
Have a dew now. The goal is that by June I will be done with sodas all together. Except maybe special occasions. When I can whoop it up.
Lunch, lunch will be.... unknown at this point, became known and is a cheese sandwich and water
Dinner is Corn chowder and a glass of milk and probably some bread.

I have been thinking about using a diet supplement to aid my weight loss game. I do eat good, I don't get enough exercise and I am down to one soda a day. What the hell, why can't I drop some pounds. My husband loves me as I am, and while that is reassuring, I still would like to be to have less of me. I want to fit comfortable in theater seats, buy the stylish clothes I see and not get stuck with what passes in the big ladies sections. I don't hate my body, I really like it and all the things I can do with it. I would just like to do more with it. I am not longing for what I looked like as a teen, but as I age I know more issues will come up do to extra weight. And gravity works.
Why did I put on weight- many different reasons, one to be unattractive to the opposite gender, including my husband at the time, but also to keep myself from sleeping around. I have always been attracted to strong men. Sometimes that got confused with aggressive men and I would find myself in a position, literally, that I couldn't say no. I have said no, but sometime temptation and my own curiosity have worked against being faithful. And there were times when I think I was hoping that would lead me out of whatever the current boyfriend situation was.
Being pregnant was a wonderful feeling but I also found myself liberated by being able to eat food, I was not just gorging, but really enjoying food. After the babies were born there was an empty place in me. Both Literally and figuratively. I found bread to fill that void for a little bit. I had the girls so my life was not empty. But eating did change.

Up early with a cup of lovely island cola tea. Nearly out of it and can't find a good source for it grrrr.
Breakfast was oatmeal
puttered around the house this morning. Cleaned off my table so people can actually sit down and use the space.
Had a dew at work
Lunch was left over tofu and garlic sauce and rice. Had big glass of water
Dinner was a cheese sandwich, doritoes and glass of milk

up not so early, as I was trying to stay in dreamland. You see I was living on this island in the Pacific and needed some help so a young Robert Redford was the only boat captain I could find to help me go, someplace and do something. It was all terribly important and urgent. I believe there might have been a storm brewing.
But I did get up and had a cup of cranberry juice
Breakfast was a quesidilla with a scramble egg in the middle
had my mt dew
lunch has been hot and sour soup and 1/3 order of tofu with garlic sauce and water
Dinner tonight is twice baked potato and salad and a glass of milk

Up early and had a lovely cup of cinnamon tea. I have been working on this web on my loom for over a week now and decided this morning that i really did not like it and then found this HUGE major flaw that would require me cutting a dozen metal heddles. Instead the web was cut off and I was greatly relieved. Funny how that works. I have a cunning plan to do a couple rugs in the pattern I have been working on on my wee contraption.

Breakfast this morning was two pieces of toast with peanutbutter
Lunch is my favorite salad. I do have a dew by my side and I am thrilled that it is a cane sugar dew.
Dinner tonight is twice baked potatoes and salad and green beans

Jan 9&10

Up early both days to get things done so I could go and work on making boots. Mine are nearly done. I need to do some laces and then water proof them but they turned out very nice. I am so very pleased.
Did mostly good on eating but went way over board on soda this weekend. Not mt dew, but soda all the same.

dinner tonight- not too sure I have a boot making workshop that starts tonight. I am bringing popcorn.
the rest of the weekend should be interesting. The workshop is up in Loveland and so I will travel up tonight and then back down as well. But in the am I have to be up way early to get grocery shopping done before I go back up.

lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich with a small handful of french fries (chip buddy- english sandwich full of yum) and water
had a sprite in the afternoon- which I took as a good thing as i really really wanted mt dew!
No dinner to speak of
had a cup of herbal tea before bed.

shame has kept me away from my blog. Ramen has seduced me, again. Sigh. I am a weak weak woman.
But soda intake has been good and other eating has been good.
Okay done beating myself up and now will do better. I have a skirt from Paris calling my name and I am going to fit in it.
