Up early had water and a cup of mint tea.
slipped and had ramen and milk for breakfast- will have to work harder on that
had a mt dew
lunch was hot and sour soup and 1/2 of an order of tofu with garlic sauce and white rice and lots of water.
had another mt dew. I am planning that by Jan I will be down to one a day.
no dinner tonight
Ended up eating cottage cheese and doritoes when I got home from my meeting.
