Well we are in our 1 year anniversary of writing the blog.
Last week I finally got real sick- woohoo! actually it was a relief. I gave myself time to be ill and rest. Like I really had a choice? Anyway, I had not much of an appetite but was very thirsty and drank much tea and ginger ale. It started on tuesday and I really did not get hungry again until friday night at 1:00 in the morning. I woke up so incredibly starving. My illness was well timed with a big old snow storm last week. I did end up cooking almost every night while I was home. I did eat during that time but not much.
I found my stomach had shrunk as well so portion control was simple. Add to that I was not drinking caffeinated soda or tea and so when I did actually have a can of coke, that was a heady experience!
Up early, got all the clean clothes put away and the kitchen cleaned.
breakfast was oatmeal and two pieces of toast and a cup of peach tea.
I have been nursing a mt dew all morning
I think lunch is going to be spaghettieos.
dinner tonight is pad thai. Tofu, rice noodles and peanut sauce- yum!
