march 2

Jim home today so I lingered in bed. Love those mornings and also have a smidge of guilt with them as I feel so unproductive.
Breakfast was 1/3 cup of brown rice, 1/4 cup stir fried tofu, 3 pieces of lettuce, 1 tbsp peanut sauce and a delicious sprinkling of cilantro. Then I ruined it all by having a cup of coffee. You see by the time I add enough sugar and milk to make it drinkable- I might as well be drinking a soda. Did also have some water. My hunny made up some of the coffee from Kauai so we had a nice morning drinking it and discussing the budget.
9:00 brought around my cuppa tea
11:30 lunch was a nice green salad with the last of the blue cheese and craisans. I also threw some spinach in with the greens and a small number of croutons. Had a soda and 23 oz of water with it. Did also take my multi-vitamin. I take a wonderful multi but I don't remember to take it daily- sometimes it is only monthly that I take it but since I am working on better health- well multis are important. so I am also taking notes on when I do take them.
I really like the brown rice for breakfast as it is so very filling
Dinner tonight is Moroccan potato casserole and cous cous. Will probably have a glass of milk with it as well.
