Up at 5- yippee- it was a hard fight for me to get out of bed but i did and I had water with my weaving.
7:00 1/3 cup brown rice, 1/4 tofu 1tablepsoon peanut sauce, 3 lettuce leaves and more water.
put on a pair of jeans that have been sort of my running weight gauge lately and sadly they are not as loose as they have been. I can still get them off without unbuttoning them but I have to do this wiggle. but I have been eating a bunch of crap this weekend and week.
had a cup of tea
lunch was a swiss cheese sandwich and a small bag of b-b-q potato chips.
had a can of mt dew and am now drinking some water.
Dinner tonight is black bean pasties, garlic green beans and milk. I am making extra for a friend who just got out of surgery.
had a small bowl of vanilla ice cream with cinnamon.
