up at five but really wanted to sleep- weaving with water to drink and I cracked a can of mt dew. that was when I realized that I had had four of the insidious drinks yesterday. so I did take a few sips from the can but mostly drank water.
Breakfast was swiss cheese sandwich and a glass of milk. I find myself longing for ham lately. No other meat, just ham. I will make sure I take my multi vitamin today.
bringing my lettuce/tofu wrap for lunch today.
Tonight is d&d and I am sure I will make some kind of snack food stuff- I am thinking artichoke dip- hot and garlicy might be helpful for the cold. Then tomorrow I can sleep in all day. In fact I think I will plan to block out the day from doing too much of anything.
