got a bunch of things done around the house. With water and a cup of tea
breakfast was a poached egg with cheese on a muffin
no am snack
had water
lunch was left over cauliflower gratin and more water
had 1 mt dew
pm snack was a recommended serving size of doritos
dinner tonight is zucchini skillet over noodles and a glass of milk.
