not up early as I ended up staying up way to late last night
however did have rice with craisins for brekkies and water
did have 1 mt dew
lunch was a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich and water
pm snack was an apple and 2 mt dew
also got in over an hour of weaving today
did my sword warm ups and squats
dinner tonight is a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup with water
walking the dog
