cold is fighting to keep me in bed.
I did get up as here I am writing
breakfast was two pieces of toast and coffee with sugar and milk
had mt dew
lunch was almonds and water
pm snack might be apple
not very hungry today and trying to explore that as being ok. I tend to sometimes make myself eat regular even if not actually hungry.
did my arm exercises and 50 squats
fighting again tonight so will grab a provolone and tomato sandwich before I wander off.
