10/02/13

cold is fighting to keep me in bed.
I did get up as here I am writing
breakfast was two pieces of toast and coffee with sugar and milk
had mt dew
lunch was almonds and water
pm snack might be apple
not very hungry today and trying to explore that as being ok. I tend to sometimes make myself eat regular even if not actually hungry.
did my arm exercises and 50 squats
fighting again tonight so will grab a provolone and tomato sandwich before I wander off.

10/01/13

early was the goal. It was not achieved. i stayed up too late watching musicals (Mama Mia and little shop of Horrors) and winding on a warp.
But I did get up.
Inertia  had a a pot of ramen and green beans and a glass of milk
no am snack
had mt dew
lunch was garlic tofu and rice and water
more water
pm snack is a plum
dinner is a light salad as I fight tonight.
Did 70 warm up shots on each arm. Did 100 abs and 60 squats.
