10/31/12

been sucking the last couple days with food and with soda. And a certain amount of shame to write about it.
sigh, have to admit to a bit of vanity that the recent couple pictures with me having a double chin are not the pictures I want others to see.
Well there it is and my choices are continue to feel bad about it or do something. I am going to do something. I feel the need enough to make the change and I have done it before so it should not be a big deal. right?
Not let myself get derailed and just do it.
9 year wedding anniversary today.

10/26/12

somewhere I neglected to fill in a bunch of days.
Good week, did have more caramels that i prolly should. But they were tasty
got in fighting on tuesday night and then some pell work on wednesday and thursday. I will today.
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter and water
lunch is a shake, an apple and some almonds
had mt dew
dinner tonight is out with my hunny for our anniversary.

10/22/12

Busy weekend
 had a couple sodas to get through it and far too much tea. didn't eat much of anything on saturdya but made up for it on sunday.
 Walked a lot on sunday and sat a lot on saturday. Which is how it should be.
Got up way too early this morning to get a house guest to the airport at 5 am. Mission accomplished and then cam e home and crawled back into bed. It wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't been woken up last night around 1:30 by our neighbor across the street (or a friend of theirs) puking outside. Not a quiet vomit, but pretty sure someone lost a lung.
 Breakfast was a egg potato and cheese burrito and a soda. Because I was so busy over the weekend, I did not get to the store so will get my apples tonight. Lunch today is a shake and water and some of teh wafer things.
 Dinner tonight is spinach tortellini soup
I have to go shopping after work and hopefully will have time for a walk with my dog as well.

10/17/12

up kind of early did not get in exercise but did get in weaving
breakfast was leftover tomato soup and 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich
lunch was a cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich and water
dinner tonight is a shake. and more water
I start up a 9 day cleanse tomorrow. I think it will be interesting to see what happens now that I am not drinking soda on a daily basis

did not get up early as my hunny is not well so we spent extra time in bed.
breakfast was a swiss cheese sandwich and water
lunch was a salad and an apple
lots of water all day
no dinner but had a strawberry shake
did not fight

10/15/12

up early on bike and away!
8.5 miles no ab work but free weights
breakfast was a fried egg and a piece of toast with tea
lunch was an apple, almonds and a salad
had water lots of water
dinner was sad and lonely as my man was working over time. I had ramen and milk

10/13-14/12

Started the weekend off right with a 4 mile walk early saturday am with my dog. It was a beautiful crisp autumn morning. Ate a small breakfast two pieces of toast and then some chips later in the day. Dinner was Indian with rice and chai tea. no sugar in the tea but I drank about a pot of it I think. We went to see the symphony after that, so the tea was good to keep me up.
Sunday was quiet and I didn't get dressed until noon. I ate a red robin burger with fries for lunch and kind of breakfast too. Dinner was not much as I had planned to cook when my hunny got off work but when he got home he wasn't hungry.   soda on sunday. but water otherwise

did not get up early at all this morning
breakfast was three pieces of toast with butter and peach tea
had an apple and some water
debating a piece of pizza for lunch. Well if I was debating the pizza,  it might win.
dinner tonight is leftover zucchini skillet and brown rice and more water

Up was not as early as I would have liked but did have water and got some sewing done.
breakfast was not so I have been snacking all day
apple, almonds, salad and some chili cheese fritoes.

dinner tonight is zucchini skillet over brown rice with cheese and sweet potatoes.

up early and on the bike by 5:15
got in 8.5 miles today with water for a reward!
did abs work and some upper body weights
breakfast was a poached egg on an english muffin with juice
having water at work
lunch today is an apple, almonds and a salad wit poppyseed dressing
dinner tonight is an isagenix shake and more water
hope to fight tonight.

10/08/12

Well I did what I have been dreading this morning and sure enough the scale said 212 lbs.
Up earlish, got all my laundry put away and more sewing done. Almost done with all the projects that need to be done
sigh,
breakfast was  a scrambled egg and a cup of juice
lunch is a salad, an apple and almonds
dinner tonight is grilled cheese and tomato soup
drinking water

10/6-7/12

Good weekend.
Quiet around the house on saturday but busy on sunday. Ate well and no soda
shot archery on sunday morning.

10/05/12

No doubt about it that I was staying snuggled deep in my bed this morning.My hunny has been working 3-4 12 hour shifts a week and having him next to me is one of my greatest joys.
I did eventually get out of bed to see the lovely first snowfall as it was melting.
Breakfast was a leftover potato pancake with lots more applesauce than sour cream and water
had caffeine tab and on my way
lunch today is an apple and almonds as i forgot my salad at home
more water and a few orange lifesavers
dinner is at a local thai restaurant  and more water

10/04/12

not such a virtuous day.
stayed in bed and snuggled against the chill.
Breakfast was ramen and milk
had water
lunch was apple and cottage cheese and water
I did have a mt dew as water was just not tasting that tasty.
dinner tonight will be tortellini with pesto and green beans. Prolly have bread with it and water.

10/03/12

up early and virtuous, with water and 6.5 miles and my abs exercises
breakfast was an egg and potato burrito and water
Feeling good as I resisted the temptation of  a sandwich from a local store instead
had a salad. cottage cheese and an apple
more water and a few lifesavers
dinner was 2 potato pancakes  with sour cream and apple sauce and water
desert was 4 caramels and more water

snacks were apple and peanuts and lunch was cottage cheese
dinner tonight will be late as I will be fighting
Dinner is 1/2 english muffin with pesto and mozzarella cheeses and more water

Up early water and putting away clothes
rode a bike for 6.5 miles and did my ab work.
feeling righteous!
had water at work
lunch was a salad from Mad Greens! and red zinger tea with no sugar.
had more water and some peanuts for snack
dinner tonight is sauteed summer squash and tofu over brown rice and more water

09/29-30/12

at an event all day on saturday. Up at 5:30 to get ready and  pack and still forgot a bunch of things. Beautiful spot on a mountain hillside. Lots of walking up and down the hills. Ate modest meals and drank tons of water.
Sunday was a complete slug day, I put away some dishes and went grocery shopping. then spent the rest of the day lounging with a book and playing a bit of World of Warcraft.
