Not up as early as I would have liked this morning but did get a loom warped up.
Breakfast was 2 pieces of toast and a mt dew
had a doughnut at work
lunch was a salad with blue cheese dressing and a mt dew and water
had almonds and more water
dinner is grilled cheese and tomato soup. Hopefully will get a walk in tonight.
Bike riding has to start soon as the cost of gas is getting overwhelming.

up kind of early,
got a bunch of fiddly projects done and my abs
breakfast was two pieces of cheese pizza and tea
had mt dew
lunch was a small cheese sandwich from schlotzskies and a bag of bbq chips and water
had three orange lifesavers
no dinner tonight as I have fighter practice.
I will have more water and fight for a couple hours

well here we are 1/2 way through april
blogging about food has been spotty at best. I did step on the scale today. I really did not want to and there it was 215
I have not really been getting much exercise and have been eating like crap again. Almost back up to 3 mt dews lately. I say almost as it is 2 most days and about every other I am at 3.

I am stressed a little and need to get my exercise back under control as well as my eating. So shall I start tomorrow? I think so.

Nice weekend. I had no events so just enjoyed my weekend at home with my man. We puttered around and went out to lunch. Lingered in bed in the morning.
Sunday I made a big breakfast for the family. then we went to my mums for Easter.
Got up this morning a little late but nearly have my loom all warped up at home.

got home from the war around 5:00am. It was a long drive in.
breakfast was a cheese lettuce tomato sandwich and gatoraid. Still feeling a be dehydrated from it all. snoozed on and off all day. made popcorn for dinner and drank more water

last week was full of activity and reasonable eating. i worked hard each day with camping or fighting and then stayed up and played most of the night. I did drink far more than I had planned and by drinking I mean alcoholic type beverages. I do think I lost a good amount of weight last week though between all the walking and fighting I did. Heck just walking around in 45 pounds of armor in that heat dropped me a couple dozen pounds!
We only ate what I had brought so we were very very healthy. I did have about 2 sodas a day.
the event was amazing and I can't wait to do it again.
