on time and weaving! with two cups of tea
warping at work
breakfast was a shake
lunch is apple, almond and hamster snacks and water
had mt dew
dinner tonight is baked ravioli and water
tons of work to get done tonight.

03/21/12

up at 5! WooHOO!
but today was not so good, had 3 mt dews.
breakfast was a shake
lunch was apple and almonds and three orange lifesavers and water
I did ride my bike too and from work.
dinner was zucchini ankara with feta cheese and tons of water

almost back to 5 am!
weaving water and woohoo!
breakfast was a shake and mt dew
lunch was tofu with garlic sauce and white rice plus more water
dinner was a shake
had second mt dew
went to fighter practice but I did not fight tonight although I was very active.

up early. Almost at the time I wanted. Getting closer.
breakfast was a shake and tea
had water at work and an apple and almonds plus three of my hamster snacks
dinner tonight is beer cheese soup and bread with more water. i am making enough that I can freeze it and take it with me to AZ next week.
going to take Xena for a walk when I get home then time with hunny!

03/17-18/12

Weekend was packed full of activity and fairly good on the food choices.

I had a four hour workout with the spear and sword training. I was so hungry but ended up eating corn chips for dinner. But then again that was all I ate for the whole day. I was feeling a bit off
Sunday I did a 4 mile walk as part of my prep for the Bolder Boulder. then spent the rest of the entangled in fibers as I warped and twisted stuff. Had breakfast lunch and dinner and three mt dews. I could not wake up.

stayed in bed late today with my man.
had ramen and milk for breakfast and then a small cup of coffee
feeling might bloated at work today had water and some life savers and a couple handfuls of popcorn
had mt dew
dinner tonight is munchies at at party. I want second dew but will resist. I hope!

I have no excuses. I just have not been feeling like writing.
I do have to get back on the ball with the training for teh bolder Boulder.
I was up early- but not my regular early as it was hard to get moving. I puttered around the house.
Breakfast was a cup of tea and a swiss cheese sandwich.
I did ride my bike into work had much water. then had three orange life savers and more water
Having lunch with Reagan
will have to ride home. that is the hard part, but it has to happen at some point.
Dinner tonight is rice stuffed bell peppers and more water with cheese cake for dessert.

spent about an hour repairing the fence

03/01/12

the point of this blog for me was my own accountability.
not so much the last week or so.
I have mostly been on schedule. I am back up to two mt dews a day.
I guess that I am only at two is okay.
I would really like to be at zero.
but that takes work and fundamentally I am lazy.
up early today, wove had tea
breakfast was oatmeal
had mt dew
lunch was apple and almonds and shake drink
had pineapple juice
had another mt dew and lots of water
will get out and about tonight
