up at 5 and off on my morning stuff.
Put my clothes away, cleaned up stuff, did some weaving had tea
ate two pieces of toast for breakfast.
Lunch is water and slim fast with caff tab
had three mini chocolate bars with more water
dinner tonight is sukiyaki and water
That is what dinner should have been instead I ate 1/2 a bag of lime tortilla chips with processed cheese goo and then later had an ice cream bar
