had water and caffeine tab
breakfast was 3/4 cup brown rice with peanut sauce in a lettuce leaf. that sound far less appealing than it really is. Just wish I had some tofu for it. But drank lots of water
had a mt dew at work, yep I did and I am not going to beat myself up over it
lunch is a cheese sandwich and small bag of chips with water
dinner tonight is corn on the cob, twice baked potatoes and salad with water
