breakfast was toast and more tea
had water at work and an apple and a piece of peach strudel
will have mt dew
dinner tonight is nachos

Not too bad, especially since I have not been walking as much and my biking has been limited. I am thinking of adding some jumping rope to my stuff. We will see what my knees think of that. So the strange diet seems to be working. I like my breakfast. I am going to have to work out something for lunch and work on the amount of sugar in my tea.
