up early and weaving
breakfast was tofu and rice with peanut sauce- no lettuce(forgot to pick it up at the store)
and water and tea
fixed the exercise bike and rode for 25 minutes this morning. I have discovered the one big difference between an exercise bike and riding- no coasting, none what so ever so must pedal pedal pedal.
lunch is hot and sour soup and water
having mt dew
dinner tonight is leftover french onion soup
will get a walk in with Xena!
