lingered in bed as am still feeling like crud.
breakfast was crappy ramen and milk- if only it did not taste so goooood to me.
had mt dew
lunch was a fig bar, some rice cakes, an apple some water. Very healthy and I was starving by 1
had another mt dew and a salted nut bar. and more water
Tonight's dinner is noodles with spinach and feta cheese. very tasty
