slept in this morning and wished it could have been longer. Still feeling very sluggish and wonder if I am keeping a cold at bay? Had 2 juice glasses of oj and a bagel for breakfast.
had a dew when I got in.
I have a friend who taught me a quick and LUVERLY adjustment for my back. She taught me how and then I returned the favor. back is a happier place.
lunch is pizza and water
another dew this afternoon
big glass of water and a mint or two
Dinner tonight is beer cheese soup
