Good nights sleep went to bed around 8:30 and slept until 6:30
got all my laundry put away and then kind of puttered around until I realized that it was time for work and i had not eaten anything. Fortunately I have some bread here at work so I am having two pieces of toast and a mt dew and a multi vitamin
lunch will be sesame tofu white rice and lots of water
Dinner tonight is spaghetti, green beans and garlic bread.
